Are your limo rental prices in Chicago all-inclusive?

Yes. At Limo Web Chicago, our all-inclusive pricing covers your full transportation service — including all taxes, fees, and driver gratuities. When booking online, a 20% gratuity is automatically included for your convenience. However, you can always choose to adjust or add gratuity at the end of your trip instead of prepaying it.

Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?

No deposit is required at the time of booking. A temporary authorization will be placed on your credit card approximately 12 hours before your scheduled pickup, and the card will be charged after your trip is completed.
The only exception applies to special occasions such as weddings, proms, and extended hourly charters, where a small deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, Limo Web Chicago accepts all major credit and debit cards, cash, and checks.
If you prefer to pay by cash or check, we’ll simply need a valid credit card on file when confirming your reservation.

How far in advance should I book my limousine service?

For regular transfers within the Chicago area, we recommend booking your ride at least 4 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability.
For larger vehicles (such as stretch limos, sprinters, or party buses) and special events, it’s best to reserve 24 hours to a few weeks ahead, especially during weekends and peak seasons.

Can I request a specific vehicle model?

We’re happy to take your vehicle preferences into account. While specific models can’t be guaranteed due to scheduling and fleet availability, our team at Limo Web Chicago will do our best to match your request whenever possible.
